I am running Vista and using PSPX2. I am trying to use MezzoForce Ice 1.0.3, but each time I attempt to use it, it shuts down PSP.
Is there a fix for this or anything that can be done?
I did download and try MezzoForce Ice Lite 2.0, but the effects are not quite the same and there do not seem to be any presets available.

v 1.0.3 not supported anymore, may not work with newest software, because released about 5 years ago and not support Vista too.
try to find needed fx with MF Ice v.2.0

I read that you may need MSVCRT10.dll and possibly plugin.dll. Also, Adobe 5 format was supported, and later versions may not work. PS filters were change after 5.5 as I remember. I recently reinstalled everything, and probably added a few system DLLs. Some of the older plugins need those DLLs. No idea about Vista. It did say X was not compatible with Vista, but a patch was available.

Thank you for the suggestion. I have both those dll files, as well as several others I was told I needed.
I had PSPX, but when I got my new comuter with Vista, X did not want to play nice with Vista, even with the Vista patch, so I upgraded to PSPX2.
Unfortunately, I am discovering that a lot of things don't like to play nice with Vista. LOL

Very interesting, thank you for the link. It appears that I would have to get a second drive to accomplish the dual boot since Vista is already pre-installed on my computer. MS Virtual PC 2007 does not seem to be an option because I have Vista Home Premium, which is not one of the versions required to run that option.
